Classical Guitarist

The classical guitar is a wonderful instrument. The music I play spans many centuries, from rennaissance to music written recently.

I didn't pick up the guitar until I was 22 while stationed in Japan. I had heard John Williams in concert and couldn't believe that a guitar could ever sound so beautiful.

Vocalist and 4-part a capella
I began singing when I was very young. There was a time when I wanted to pursue this as a career, but it didn't happen. No regrets.

I was somewhat of a prodigy when I was young (before 12) and would sing in operas and musical theater. There were also talent contests at that time, some of which I would win.

The Beauty of Vintage Music
I love the music of George Gershwin, Richard Rodgers, Fats Waller and so many more great composers who lived at the turn of the 20th century.
I thought it might be a good idea to perform some of their works and make the recordings, as well as the music itself available to anybody interested.
The songs are as beautiful as ever.
